You need to add size to your upper body to balance it out. Work your chest, shoulders, and back.

Oblique mass is the last thing you want. Lats and quads are what you want. And everything else. But not obliques.

Deadlifts will help. Squats won't help much. Do plenty of rows, pullups, OHP, incline press, and lateral raises.
