He shills too much. However his content is 500% better than hodgetwins and kinoshit and other meme fitness personalities.

he does stupid cycles and overdoes shit and believes in the sarms meme too heavily but he seems honest so theres that i guess...
Seems like a cool dude, but his content isn't really relevant to me.
I like the buff dudes a bit better as they went from skinny start

Buff Dudes give great form advice and the programs are good for getting shredded, but I find the programs lacking. They seem random to me, and I didn't gain any strength running one of their programs a year ago.

AlphaDestiny best fitness youtube because 0 shills, 100 thrills

I fucking love Lenny
Honestly if he didn't have the Lennyism he would look amazing, but even so his arms and back are still great.

Honestly, I don't really watch fitness youtubers that constantly post "epiphany" videos or videos claiming that "this set of exercises is better than the other 6 videos I posted early about the same muscle group". They're just sustaining their income by floundering for content to keep subscribers. It's just the same recycled content with a new thumbnail. Working out hasn't really changed much since the 70's: Lift heavy, have good programming. That's basically it.
The only fitness youtuber I watch is pretty much Calum Von Moger, since he posts exactly what I want to watch: Videos of him working out. They're decently funny, easy to watch, and he's not staring into the camera telling you to "follow this specific plan" or that everyone else is wrong and he's the only one who's right.
David Laid is unironically the best fitness youtuber
