Idk if I started skinny fat but I started 150 lbs and am now 180. I dont know what to suggest for skinny fat. I prefer being lean so I would try to cut while still lifting heavy and eating a lot of protein, Ive been doing a mixture of strength and hypertrophy. how long are your gym sessions?

That routine isn't bad but those are all kind of basic "foundations" of workouts you could a ton of things like incline bench, flies, tricep cable extensions, bent over row, standing row , db shoulder press, sitting military press, etc etc

Also for those that are 3x5 up it to 3x8 or 5x5, same with the 2x8s and those are working sets so you could/should do 2 warm up sets with lower weights progressively increasing to your working weight

otherwise you need to start adding weights to your lifts if you're not seeing any progress and try to go every week instead of every other week
