Is losing 20 lbs in two months healthy?

Depends on how fat you are

Nigga in what world is that healthy?
>>41110838
2.5 lbs of fat per week is not unreasonable at all if you're overweight.

It's not necessarily healthy, but not really too unhealthy, especially if you're overweight. Just make sure you're getting plenty of protein
>>41110838
It's fine

I dunno but I dropped 17lb in 12 days on DNP

I lost 30lb in three months, and I'm pretty damn healthy. Was pretty chubby before, but now I'm lean and getting leaner every day.
you're fine unless you're already sub 20%. If so, consider seeing an oncologist.

Yeah that's not out of healthy ranges. 2 lbs per week is the recommended. 2.5 isn't out of bounds at all.
If you're obese, it's probably fine. If you're only a bit overweight (BMI 25-30), it might not be.
I lost over 10 lbs in a month when I had meme depression.
I only ate dinner and yakked it up afterwards. I didn't try to make myself vomit, it was just physically uncomfortable to have food in my stomach.
So it is possible, but it might not be healthy depending on your weight.

if you are really fat that will come off easy. for skinnier people you want at most 2 lbs lost a week.

20lbs in two months is 10 a month, or 2 1/2 a week. That's not terrible. You might want to slow it down if you're noticing excessive fatigue.
