Ive never maxed out high bar and I just did project momentum where I wasnr allowed to do high bar so if I had to guess about 40-50 lbs between the two. When I go back to training high bar that number will probably lessen.

I wouldnr reccomend a year of high bar. I generally will do my hypertrophy and strength blocks high bar and peaking low bar, so im never training exclusively high bar for more than 2 months.

Because it's been so long since youve trained low bar it may take longer to get back to normal

Ive got a question concerning my squat and my left knee.
Im lifting for one month now and I noticed that my left quad is bigger than my right and that my right hamstring is bigger than my left (only doing squats and deadlifts for legs as of now).
I squatted yesterday and I "felt" that my left quad was more exhausted than my right (because of the weaker hamstring?).
The main problem is that my left knee kind of hurts (outside of left knee), its not that bad yet, but I dont want to make it worse obviously.
I squat highbar and I try to make sure to have a even stance, foots pointing outwards and having the bar resting evenly on my traps.

So how should I tackle the problem? Try to strenghten/even out hamstrings and stop squatting?
Ive started to do some mobility training and stretching for my hips and tight hamstring/glutes.
Did any one experience similar? Propably belongs in the QTDDTOT and Ill probaly post there too, but I thought you guys have a good/better understanding of the mechanics of the squat and the mistakes.

i dont know. they are two completely different exercises. if you want to do lunges do lunges. front squats are probably better than lunges for strength. You could also buy a dip belt, stools, a loading pin and some plates to do belt squats at home.
