That's what's off for me about symmetric strength, I'm only 9 months into lifting and my entire body is intermediate and moving into "proficient", yet it says I shouldn't be hitting that until I'm like 2 years in.

Lol my base was absolute trash, but I did start in skelle mode instead of as a fatty. I think fatties with no muscle mass really bring down the averages, since they have to cut and everything to bring their weight to strength ratio into alignment. As for sports, the only sports I did was jew jitsu for about 2 years, but I took a good 2 years off before I started lifting. I can't imagine it would have had any effect.

I am by no means strong, I'm just a bit above average "for my weight".
I find it difficult to progress with this. Been stuck at 155 for a while. Noticed my form has been at a 20 degree angle as well, need to fix that.

If you jerk it or move upright and move into it you can add a lot of weight.
