I absolutely would. I started at lifting at 5'4" and 120 lbs 5 years ago, but if I was 6' I would have started around 160 5 years ago. + 35-40 lbs of straight lean body mass I would look the same but a bigger frame.

If you aren't oxygen deprived muscle development is simple: Consistency and proper training/ diet.

If you were 5'7" you wouldn't look even close to how I do.

I started out so weak that I couldn't even bench the bar. Now I can bench 185, but I still look like a DYEL skinnyfat loser. I realized that I have more body fat than I bargained for. I don't know what to do. All my lifts are stalling out and I can no longer progressively overload. To get stronger I would have to eat even more and get even fatter, and what's the fucking point of that. I'm already sitting at about 16-19% body fat. I've trained so hard just to look like an average fucking guy who doesn't lift. I just want to look good.

Basically looking for advice: should I bulk and gain more fat or just cut down and see what I look like? I'm so weak-looking that there's no point in cutting, but I don't want to put on more fat either so I feel stuck.

You train too hard for your body.
Try to rest every other day and lift 3 to 4 times a week. Compound lifts tax your nervesystem alot and some people need up to week to recover. And also if you have been using the same workout routine for a while now try to switch reps to longer or shorter and add weight accordingly you can also alternate between barbell and dumbells for certain exercises. But yeah the same happened to me i progressed alot with 6 days week for a while but then suddenly starded losing strenght so i thought its time to bulk. Bulking didnt help i just got fat and kept losing strenght. I paid for it having to cut 20kg of lard.
