Cheap fruit of the loom cotton shirts and stretchy shorts that I don't mind getting wrinkled or dirty. Chucks for lifting and since those are bad for running in I cycle for cardio.

Athletic pants or shorts from Walmart and a t-shirt or long sleeve cotton shirt depending on weather. I lift on my porch, but I live in Florida so it's not that bad. I honestly can't differentiate the shorts and pants. Are these running shorts or basketball shorts or lifting shorts or what? I don't really care.

I always wear baggy shit to the gym and outside in general. No matter how much I lift I can't fucking fix my tiny arms. They're fucking twigs. I'm about to lose my shit I wish I could replace them with robot arms. My wrists have always been TINY like I can wrap my thumb and middle finger around my wrist and my thumb can cover my middle finger nail entirely. I eat a lot of calories and I just get fat around my stomach, none goes to my arms. I tried SS for 3 months and made really good gains, but nothing happened to my arm size. I also did bicep curls for warmups to try and get some size. Nothing helps. I am cursed with small arms. What the fuck do I do? Don't make me make a new thread, because I'll do it.

I have the same thing bro. middle finger and thumb touch when wrapped around my wrist.
For building upper arms size, focus on triceps and lats. When lats are built up, they push out the triceps when you have your arms at your side.

My triceps exploded once I started doing heavy push presses- the heavy lockout did a lot for me.
You cant really do anything for forearms though. I stopped caring about size of lower arms and really focused on my strength.

People wont talk shit because normal people arent as autistic as we are, but if they did, then they wont care if you have a strong as fuck grip
