What's your excuse for neglecting the most importanteg muscle fit?
My front and back squats, deadlift and 40 times were all stalling until I added hamstring exercises to my program.
ITT
>Best hammie exercise
>why you neglect
>Why hammies are the best
>whether or not calling them hammies is gay
Calling them hammies is not only gay, but also autistic - and so are you.

I added RDLs to my leg routine recently, great exercise.

I started them too, love em!
>not doing leg curls
>not isolating hamstrings to ensure they keep up with quads
>not performing knee flexion exercise to keep knees healthy after squatting
apply yourself son
I've been doing RDL for a long time now.
Instead of upping weight i stand on thin apple boxes to increase that stretch
How much does /fit/ lift for RDL?
I always feel like im turning my RDL's into reverse stiff leg deadlifts. I either have orangutan arms or something is wrong. Always touch the floor before I feel the full hamstring stretch.

Maybe try it while standing on a plate/box

pls help.
I find it really hard to isolate my hamstrings.
Have tried romanian deadlifts and good mornings but don't feel it in my hamstrings at all?
More feels like just a stretch?
The only thing I can feel my hamstrings actually burning on is the leg curl machine.
Also the lying one down leg curl machine but that one is only at an another gym where I don't get to go often.
So help, what do I do??
I feel like my hamstrings are not growing at all. Do they grow very slowly compared to quads and glutes?
(im a girl if that makes a difference)
