Quit a week ago. Feeling the benefits already but I also feel like I could murder someone

2 weeks here. It gets better. The crave goes away and when the prospect of buying them goes into my head, my head immediately says "no" and resists. Its nice.

like a motherfucker. but I quit drinking altogether, cleaned my diet up, do cardio and gym 3 times a week and kept it like that since two years. Its basically my only vice and I'll quit, when Im through with my degree (law)

Will smoke weed occasionally still. I used to smoke weed a ton in highschool, when I had nothing to worry about. But now I'm too much of an adult to smoke weed and not get a little anxious about my life. Super depressing, but whatever lol I can eat brownies after I graduate college and I'm rich.

As for cigarettes, I usually only ever smoked socially, but I'm trying to quit that too. I got new basketball shoes, so I've started playing basketball more, and want my lung capacity to be better.

I was drunk at my friends house yesterday and I grabbed a cig from his pack, but then I put it back, so I'm happy with myself.

I smoke cigars, I find that it relaxes me. I have no plans to quit.

you don't get a buzz from a cigar since you don't inhale the smoke. A cigar is far more flavorful and is more enjoyable to non-smokers than cigs

Try nicotine mints to help with the cravings. Got peppermint ones and now I got my brain to associate peppermints to satiating the craving. Now mints are my new thing to pass the time.

I haven't smoked cigarettes in over 10 years so I couldn't say desu. I would guess that cigars have more flavor, but I'm not sure.

Only cigars and mouth-fedoras.

I just quit smoking pot cold turkey last weekend. Feeling good about myself for the first time in a long time. I used to smoke wax every day multiple times a day.

Quit smoking cause CA did that tax shit and now a pack costs more than I'm willing to spend, will occasionally have one when a friend offers but even then I've maybe smoked 5 whole cigs in the past 2 months.
