What are some good exercises to fix forward head posture and lordosis?
My posture has become a bit like pic related.
Running and lifting has helped, but are there specific exercises that could help me out?

>Sleep with a pillow under your lower back at night
>Everytime you catch yourself slouching, Tilt your head up, strech your arms up, then drop your arms, and look straight ahead. try to maintain that posture

Strengthen abs
Stretch hamstrings
Also, pay attention that your tongue doesn't rest against the teeth but against the palate, right above the teeth.

My old world Portuguese aunt told me one day in broken English to "stand like a man" this meant with my head up straight. That was the beginning of me knowing I'm good looking. Confidence came them grills.
Thank you sage aunt Maria.
