I know that feel. My femurs are exactly the same length as my torso. Squats would look like a good morning but I chose the path of excessive forward knee travel instead.

Unfortunately my arms are a little shorter than average so I can't even take advantage of the long femurs by putting everything in a massive deadlift. Short torso then limits my arch in the bench.

Yeah, I guess that's kind of what I'm doing.

Don't really have a progression scheme per se for bench. I'm just trying to add reps each session. Eventually, fingers crossed, when I get to a point where I can do, i dunno, 5x10 or something, or 5x8 for sets across, I'll probably just add weight.

For squats I'm not actually adding reps, I'm just gonna be adding weight. Right now I'm doing 5x5 3x a week at about 50%, beltless, little rest time. Once I can do that really quickly, I'll probably just add 10 lbs and stay there until I can do that quickly too.

Training is reallly arbitrary for me right now but I'm just trying to keep it quick and as fun as possible given that I haven't liked doing it very much, lately.

I need to work on hamstrings in general and I think I could do it more effectively by doing SLDLs than LMAO sumo.

I would try conventional but I actually think conventional is a lot harder for me than SLDL in terms of positioning because I can always keep a good back position for SLDLs since I start with my hamstring super tight and back flat, whereas I have a lot more trouble starting the conventional pull without just back yanking it.

Additionally, the company i'm with is a fantastic place to be for biofuels if you want experience firsthand in the industry, and want to learn the most cutting edge technical things. I'm like 0 in the lift at all. Everytime i get to deadlift it feels like i am there for the first time.
Sometimes my setup feels great and i think i have the right cues, the other time it feels like shit and i feel like i should rather do it x way.

Idk, ill probably see if i can deadlift 3 times a week with a shit ton of sets and reps until i finally understand the lift.

What's worked for me is doing a bunch of snatch grip deadlifts.
