I have been doing bro splits for 8 months i added noticable amount of mass but my lifts suck. SS is a beginner program but im not a beginner anymore so will i make better strength gains? Are there any other programs where i could make noticable strength gains even if not beginner?

Switch to any real program, doesn't have to be ss. Sl, greyskull, ppl, then stick with it until you completely stop making gains.

I would do the joker sets if i was eating more, but on a cut I probably wouldnt be able to recover from the volume
