I spent the last 9 hours binge watching Frontline documentaries.

I worry what will become of me if I continue this binge.

Sometimes I feel like a loser browsing 4chan so much, and sometimes my friends call me a loser for browsing 4chan so much, but despite all the shitposting and name-calling, I wouldn't give up going here.

I may be a loser, but at least I get to be a loser with other people. Thanks anons for at least giving me the opportunity to vent everyday, resolve some internal conflicts, and better myself.

Trust me this place is poisonous at best. Get out and interact with real people and you'll get friends who have common interests as you. May take awhile but you'll get there. Also I went to work today but it's 2:30 am I need sleep.

Not him, but once you're around a fairly no nonsense, toxic environment for so long, you kinda become what it embodies.

My sense of humor is so twisted from years of nightly browsing on various boards that I think what most people consider edgy humor is just laughable and borderline child friendly. One of the guys in my fairly normie WoW guild made a racist joke and the punchline was literally saying 'nigger' but he refused to even say the fucking word on coms. Everyone thought it was absolutely hilarious and edgy and yada yada yada. Meanwhile I'm just thinking 'fucking say it out loud you pussy ass faggot, i bet you don't have it in you'.

It was at that point I recognized how warped my perspective is. This place changes you. How you look at humor and the world around you. It makes you super fucking cynical and generally a nasty person. Like I objectivly would not want to hang out with people who're from this site, even though I'm a perfect representation of an average user.

Wouldn't recommend the site to anyone, does more harm than good.
