300 grams of protein is a meme bro

unless you are getting paid by the company to consume that much powder, don't do it

in fact, if you just do some research you could get enough protein from a cheap and healthy diet

grains: oats, rice, potato/yam
beans/nuts: black beans and peanuts
veggies: broccoli, spinach, kale
meat: eggs, tilapia, chicken breasts, cod
fat: olive oil, natural butter
sugar: bananas, apples, grapes

all of that shit is sold dirt cheap at your local grocer and every one of those things have a little to a lot of protein PLUS all of your macro and micro nutrients.

You shouldn't be spending over $60 on food a month if you are worried about costs. Heck, when I was eating this stuff and pinching pennies, I was spending like $30 a month.
