Do lots of shoulder and back work to accentuate your v taper. This will make your wide hips less prominent in your physique.

Stop eating foods with saturated fats. Also start doing cardio. Take creatine, blast arms 2x per week. I keep saying the same shit to different DYELs but what keeps them DYEL is their lack of workout intensity and lack of discipline.

OP, i know your feels.
Start swimming and do something for your shoulders, it helps wonders. Also your hips will look smaller when you cut down afterwards as there might be more fat on them than you think.
