Yes. I've known cats who shot up in their late teens and early 20s. I just met up with an old friend he's 24 now, in the last three years he grew like 4" surprisingly. When I was 18-24 I grew like 2 inches and my dick also grew half an inch. It depends on genetics and your diet. All in all it's not a bad idea to eat healthy for life.

What I find the most funny is that tall and short couples dynamic your parents got. Must be real fun having your flaccid dick press against their belly button every time they hug.

Ok, this might work but f I love live in the U.K.
So I was only 5'5 at age 16 my dad is 5'10 and this used to really make me insecure
I used to cut my wrists loads cause of it, my parents worried about me so got me taken to a doctor
I explained the situation about height insecurity and got prescribed growth hormone.
I went from 5'6 to 5'11 by age 18 although this might have to do with a healthier lifestyle and diet (I started weights and more cardio at 17)
If you can get GH then do, but most men stop height growth at age 21 although some people are still growing up to 25
I guess genetics play a massive part, but I was too insecure to deal with being 5'6 so even though I have grown in height, I am still a manlet inside

My doc would most likely not prescribe growth hormones with the argument that I'm still growing. However I do martial arts and am fairly built I guess. I'll start eating healthy and I drink milk 2 times a day. Can someone please tell me exactly what to eat? Because I'm very confused what foods to eat to grow taller.

Also if your shoulders start becoming wide and you start gaining muscle mass does it mean you've stopped growin?
