Any tips on keeping good posture?

I'm 6'2 yet always slightly hunched over, especially in social situations. How do I fix this?

So far I just try to keep it in mind but it's tough tbqh

But everyone in the USA is a fucking manlet so I always have to hunch over to talk to someone. Otherwise I literally look like I'm trying to stick my tits in someones face. Should I just get taller friends?

Part of it is accepting you're taller than most people imo -- even at 6' I have to remind myself not to relax my posture to comfort manlets

i used to extend my neck forward a lot and i had overall bad posture until i started working out, i haven't had the problem in years. working on your back tends to help fix the problem, face pulls, pull ups, deads, rows, etc. the feeling of tightness (the good kind) and musculature of the back really helps you become aware of how you hold yourself. also i've noticed standing in front of the mirror, and imagining your full weight being pressed into your heels as you extend upwards, and seeing the effect it has on your posture helps. it's a mental thing and a physiological one. the worst thing that can happen from having too-good of posture is people will think you're ex military, i get that all the time even though i technically was.
