Technically they could decrease blood flow and cause hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, steroids increase viscosity of blood therefore the heart has to pump harder to pump blood round body.

Long term steroids may increase size of the ventricle lining decreasing stroke volume and cardiac output.

They increase red blood cell count which can cause high blood pressure.

Though this is easily mitigated by giving blood every 6 months or so.
