If you have a fat face with a skinny body, I hate to break it to you mate but it's genetic. Either your body stores more fat in your face than it does in your body, OR you don't have very visible cheek bones making it look like you have a fat face

Fat face is hormone related. Decrease cortisol, adrenaline, estrogen, prolactin, serotonin. Increase androgens.
