Dude your posture is getting worse
You have lumbar lordosis and forward head with kyphosis going on.
Your hips seem tilted too from the back
Posted this in the other thread but I want some more bf% estimates for the left. Another guy said 14% which seems right give or take
>>41074312
thanks, though I am aware of that. All three of them. Never be tall and be forced to work on a too small desk and a too small chair for 20years.
I thought it is getting better, especially the anterior pelvic tilt, which is - in my opinion - the reason for the lordosis.
Would you recommend barbell rowing against kyphosis?
What is your reasoning behind saying its getting worse?
>>41073798
I'm impressed with the progress of your posture if nothing else.
I actually have a similar issue with your 10/07/16 pic. How'd you fix?
>>41075191
like >>41074312 said its an lordosis and kyphosis, so more or less everything what can be fucked up is fucked up.
From medical doctrin, its said, that a problem with a bodypart affects everything upwards. Thats the reason i focused on my pelvic tilt.
I think Foam rolling, Frontsquats und stretching is key.
But many more, way smarter people than me wrote a ton of stuff about that. Just google "Anterior pelvic tilt".
