The 5Cs

Calisthenics: Pushups situps squats etc. These are your bread and butter

Cardio: Just extra activity that gets you up and off of your ass. Can be walking hiking jogging running hiit a sport anything. But if you are over 35 and or have any sort of heart problem then you should do daily walks till you go see a doctor

Curlbro Routine: Lot of people will tell you to do a leg heavy strength training routine. Don't. Bench curls deadlifts bent barbell rows everything lift for the upper body you can think of. And squat and deadlift ONCE a week. You don't need much more.

Calorie Counting: If you're too big, which you are, then eat fewer calories. If you are too small, then eat more calories. If you feel like absolute shit or just want to feel better, then eat a better source of calories.

Chill: Learn how to manage stress, to relax, and recouperate. Sress will kill you as quickly as a bullet. Relaxation and recouperation is also key to growth GAINZ and a long healthy life.
