You're probably underestimating your bf%. 185 is on the heavier side for 5'10".

but it really depends on your body comp - for example you literally can have +/- 8kg of muscle in your legs regardless of the rest

150 already is a normal healthy weight for a normie at your height. About 185-195 if you're building muscle.
