Anyone had this? Fell my bike and fucked up my rotator cuff about 2 months ago, now im pretty good and only hurts when doing certain movements but still off the gym.

Any tips on how to rehab this? Wanna start again as soon as possible

Been there my man. After 2 months I'd say it's worth going to a doctor. Make sure you rest it until it's 90% better, then start stretching and icing every day for a week. Start back with light stuff like push-ups just to ease it back into lifting. Do direct rotator cuff work along with face pulls and band pull apart a every workout. Godspeed.

Get a massage from a legit source. Someone who specializes in neuromuscular therapy. I'm a therapist myself and I can tell you it will do wonders. The area is probably guarding

I've been to a Kinesiologist, though it helped, a certain movementent like a bench press well done with the bar to the chest would hurt. Other than that i can do all kind of movements without pain. What kind of direct rotator cuff work can i do? Thank you for your response.

Try doing decline bench press. I injured my shoulder some time ago and switched to decline because my shoulder hurt on flat bp. Shoulder is ok now (not perfect and probably never will be) and I can do flat bp but I like decline so much more. I do only decline and incline now.

Also you can start with pretty much the same weight as on flat bp. I decline bp 230 for reps now.

This. I fucked up my rotator during volleyball and this guy did wonders. Get a specialist massage and ask him to show you exercises you can do on your own to strengthen it.

Fucked up my rotator cuff pretty bad. It refused to heal after a year. Was fucking with my bench press, everything.

Finally started doing deep stretches/some light home rehab for it and now I'm pretty much 95% back to normal.

A routine of the above stretches/exercises in the above video had me fixed about a month after I started doing them. The massage balls are crucial, the band work is crucial, etc. Try it all out at least a few times.

Also, I did my "shoulder rehab program" from the above videos every 2-3 days when I started, now I do it every 4-5.
