Hey, post your strength training routine /fit/

PPL, double progression. I might stop progressing deadlifts entirely and just maintain until the rest of my body decides to catch up enough to where I'm not injuring my shoulder every time.

Should add that this is the general structure of the program. Some times there are variations during the week where we have max in Friday instead of Monday and some days we do more work in the second pulls from blocks and we also have squat max attempts every other week or so.

What meme routine is this? It's like the cube method but you do a whole month in one week.
>>41070872
I read about it on ptw but got confused. Are you really supposed to do one session bench, squat and diddly each per week? Isn't the volume and frequency terribly low? It seems even worse than a brosplit desu

I believe so. cube looks like one on those all-year-round routines where you stall after 20 weeks and don't really know what gains you made. It's not really powerlifting with that frequency and way too monotonous for bodybuilding.
But on the other side the plan on that pic would give me a lower back pump 24/7. Way too fatiguing if you ask me.
