Based on the picture I'd say you have either a diamond or oval sort of faceshape. Keeping it medium to long and pushed back would work. An undercut is popular now and you could pull it off. If you want to try something classic you can part your hair sharply on the left. Pretty much anything with some length on top should work for you.

Also the harvard Business School case called Heidi Roizen in case you can download it somewhere. That woman knew social skills

I dislike selfhelp books, because its just watered down psychology made easily digestible for people who lack the capacity to get something out of real literature. Sounds trite and elitist, but im very popular and extroverted and I never knowingly used any techniques used in those books.
