i am 18 yo i am 5"10 i weight around 84 kgs i cant lose weight i wanna become thin but i cant resist the temptation to eat.. i was not like this 2 years ago... i weighted around 60kgs and my belly was not like this.. i know most people here will troll me and stuff but if anyone out here who can give me good advice.. pls do.. i am collage student and i dont have money to go out and get professionals to help me out..

anyway, determine your tdee, eat 500kcal below it. few week long plateaus are normal. After a year or two you will get to your desired weight. It's not rocket science

Tracking your calories with mfp is genuinely the best way to lose weight, you cant lie to yourself about what you've eaten

Drink a pint of water if you feel cravings, it'll suppress them AND you get hydrated

you're in a good place man, it's easy for fatties like you to stop eating, cut, and look shredded without needing a bulk

i weigh 82kg at 5'10", so you dont have a lot of weight to lose before you start seeing changes

dinner - something around 1000kcal (burger, pizza, whatever)
evening - fill in what is your tdee-500. Preferably with high protein content. Quark, milk etc.
