Also tuna but not all day erry day. Eat soy products ( soy milk, yogurt etc. ) and legumes in general. Cut the soy though if you start getting pimples. And if you feel paranoid, mind your tits so you won't pop here a year later and complain eating soy gave you gyno.

Any meat you can eat is fine of course but try to avoid the fattiest stuff. You're familiar with the nutritional labels I guess?

Olives are okay? Eat olives, use the oil in cooking and in salads.
