From the looks of it, this nig is on the higher end of 5'11 while Lotus is on the lower end. He also has longer limbs. With my expertise, he may have about a 36" sleeve length.

The key to having nice arms is full development from the forearm to bicep, to tricep leading into the delts. So you should be doing exercises for each of these muscle groups which comprise your arms, not just bicep tricep exercises or your forearms will lag behind. Better to start off proper than have to go back and fix things. Off to bed, gotta do more bloods in the morning for allergens the doc forgot to include the first time.

Just trying to better calculate my TDEE. Right now I'm calculating my TDEE @ 1950 and eating @ a 500 calorie deficit (1500).

Yeah you are 25-30 probably, one of the better signs of approaching 20 is most males get some bicep vascularity then. I used to have a list saved when I was cutting hard for vascularity/% is like forearms under 30, biceps under 20, abdominals 8-12 depending on person, these aren't exact but probably closer than someone guessing from shitty pictures. These all mean non pumped, don't think cause you trained bis and see a vein you hit 20, when you see it all day you are there. You can make it anon, I came from about 30-35 and I'm currently about 12-15, just started cutting again to, wanna see them single digits even if I don't maintain it. I'm going to give you the best advice anyone will ever give you.

Train legs and glutes every fucking day in the gym, I mean every day. Vary exercises and rep ranges and intensity techniques though. Train upper body once a week and only one exercise for each muscle. Avoid oblique work and AVOID any erector spinae indirect or direct work like the plague. You're welcome when you're so fucking hot you won't be able to wear tight clothes on the street cause everyone will be mirn and ogling at you.

The moment you start stalling on something in such an early phase of your lifting career, you must increase your calorie intake. Always try to get at least 100g of protons a day, 300+g of carbs and 60g of fat (the good one, fat out of pork meat is baaaaaaaaad) and 20+g of fiber, lots of water as well (lifting dehydrated and not drinking enough overall can fuck up your muscle real bad).

Sorry to hear that, brah. Depression probably - causes lethargy and inhibits apetite.
These things, they take time. It's hard, but you must get yourself together. Start eating, something. Eating is actually the hardest part of lifting, with all the meal preparations and inventing menus so that you don'T eat one meal over and over again. But it will help you, not only in the gym, but as your energy will increase and food will positively react to your food consumption, you will start feeling better.
Increasing weight at the gym will make you feel accomplished like you are doing something, further helping your mental state.
Read, if you've got so much time. Lift, or at least start running for a week, this will fill your brain with the 'happy hormone' and your mood will change for the better.

Don't eat eggs, brah, it's not good for you, unless you want ass cancer by thetime you are 45. 3-5 a week top.
Your faulty may also be caused by improper form. Are you arching your back? As you start descending, you should push your chest up, tensing lats as well. Both feet on the ground is imperative. Don't overdo it with the arching, though, or your lower back will suffer.

Well I didn't really start doing real lifting until I finished cutting. Like I said I work in a warehouse setting, I have for the past five years(not the same one,but I've always had some measure of daily lifting) and really on my cut I just used machines because in my lethargy I didn't completely trust myself using free weights. Anyways when I finished my cut and started doing compounds I was at something like: 95 OHP 155 bench 225 squat and 225 dl. Since then I've really been eating at a maintenance but I do the same style eating and just throw a ton of carbs (usually in the form of whole wheat pasta or similar) an hour before workouts. I miss deadlifts bro..
