If you're doing cardio make sure your heart rate doesn't go over 165 for now

Depending on how bad it hurt/where the pain was localized, there's a chance you had a heart attack.

Where was the pain exactly? Was it sharp, or was it more of just a muscle soreness type of feel? If you had a heart attack, you would absolutely 100% know you did.

Always blows me away when I remember america is considered a first world country. Take yourself to a doctor.

Anyway, possible causes-
>DOMS- benign, if it keeps happening it's not DOMS
>Heartburn- mostly benign, due to food/diet
>Heart problems- due to being overweight and putting too much pressure on your internal organs. Unlikely but possible, will kill you eventually

Lose weight, see a doctor and learn to identify what's actually wrong with you
