What do you eat instead of these shit?, I'm not asking for protein bars or anything like that, i want something more natural like fruits or veggies that you eat between meals.

Not the guy who suggested but I like it. Put a little milk in it if you like. I like my drinks to have some taste and coffee also gives me the energy boost.

Hummus (with low fat pita chips or veggies to dip)

Nuts (especially walnuts)

Whole grain toast with avocado

Vegetables like sliced bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, celery, etc. (no ranch, no sauce)

Fruit is okay as long as it serves a dietary purpose and you eat the correct serving sizes

A salad with one tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette or blue cheese dressing (pls no thousand island, ranch, or russian dressing)

Granola (you can make your own if you want, its pretty simple)

An egg (ideally hard/soft boiled, but fried is okay too)

A few slices of hard salami
