accurate. when i started working out i noticed that most guys dont have issues with muscular women, they have issues with lean women. powerlifting is one of the best ways to develop feminine curves as long as you dont dip under a certain bf % or above a certain shoulder width

I have a home gym. Lift in my basement 3-4 days a week. Rack, oly bar, adjustable bench, loads of second hand weights, heavy floor padding, a dumbbell set, and a pull up bar. The bodybuilding pic isn't a fair representation.

A lot of the fitness/bodybuilding chicks look pretty bad up on stage because they're dried out, painted a stupid color and have spent weeks getting as absolutely lean as possible.

After the comp, when they hydrate and fill back up they look really good. When they have a couple extra fat % on them they look amazing.
