By some sort of wash that is used for excema and exfoliate your skin using a scrub and the bumps should hopefully disappear.

Also, wash all your clothes you took to the hotel and clean your room, and wash the sheets if you've gone home and slept.

I suppose it could be bed bugs, but your case looks more like a rash, than bite marks. If it is at all arthropod-based, my wager would be a rash from dust mite exposure. Bed bugs have tend to leave trailing bites as they mill around, such as in this picture.
