It's a bog standard stack (multivit, fish oil, vit d, zma, creatine). Except for the tribulus (meant to boost test but the research is inconclusive so just using up what i have left), the folic acid (i'm slightly deficient), and L-Arginine (dick hardness gains & research indicates beneficial hgh effects).
