It's all shit and I think skinnyfat means an extra 6 months before you can start looking even remotely acceptable (relative to your own insecurity though).
When I was trail running and climbing I managed to get baby abs and a 'toned look' but shit college diet has me skinnyfat again. Been lifting twice a week on and off for the past 3 months and beginning to see some improvement. Dont cut or bulk, eat just above maintenance on workout days and let your body do its thing.

Im on a college budget so sometimes i dont eat for a day at a time. But I eat alot of chicken and pork with veggies when i can. I also use a mass gainer powder to get extra calories. My routine is the pic attached. I also do abs 3-4 times a week too with crunches, weighted planks, and leg raises.

My asthma has always affected me since i was a child, I observed that excerise like cardio kind of made it better but i've always just been too much of a stressed cunt to try cardio again. Protip: Work your chest until you fucking can't. Fat deposits into our pecs(mine is also in lower stomach. We're a little lucky because fat on top of the pecs is the only fat you can kind of spot reduce because you can work your chest to the point where it flattens out the fat. Hope this helps. I'm currently fasting and cutting, so it won't be a problem regardless for a long time for me

Try supersetting the same head (anterior, posterior OR most important fo that wide look, the lateral head) from the strongest to the weakest.
8x1/12x1/16x1, no rest between sets, for example i do, wide grip barbell rows (elbows below the shoulder), let raises, z bar front flaring elbows front raises. Thats one set, i rest 1 minute and i do 3x1, 3 times a week.

Thank. Basicaly just PPL with alternating strength and hyperthrophy. Also lots of accesory work so I workout atleast 2 hours for 4-6 days a week

I've been lifting for about a week now between cardio days. I'm working my way up to running a 10k. I'd have liked to have been able to have a six-pack for this summer but I suppose it's probably too late for that at this point anyway.

Ive never had a low bf% im 5'11 14st Before i started lifting i was around 17st, everytime I think about doing endurance training and lowering my bf%, jump rope, jogging, treadmill, etc, etc I just babby out everytime after 5 minutes because it puts me on the floor, cause im too knackered from HEAVY LIFTING, i have a BUFF AND STRONG body, my build is basically this guys

The ones who look good after their transformation have been working out fat but only start counting the time once they start losing weight. Just about all "fast transformations" are really just builtfat guys going on a cut. If you're non-fit and go on a cut you end up skinny, not muscular.

Don't let this discourage you from trying. Look at it this way, if we let you build up unreasonable expectations we'd be doing you a disservice as you would feel cheated after a year of training and still not looking like a fitness model. You're not super obese so I believe you can have decent abs in the not-far future if you train frequently and eat right. Now's a good time to start because if you gain more weight you might fuck up your skin permanently and then you could NEVER have nice abs.
