If you can only gain 6-8 lbs of muscle a year why do we bulk at +500?
>>41032481
7sqrt(2)
>>41032535
It's supposed to be sqrt((.....)^2) which comes out to 14
>>41032568
You what, nigger?
>>41032568
The exponent is just affecting the parentheses there and not the sqrt(4).
>>41032481
7 root4
log10(10^14) = 14
1/2*14 = 7
7^2 = 49
sqrt(2 * 7)
sqrt(14)
= root14
>>41032774
no
its sqrt(2*49)
= sqrt(98)
>>41032568
That's not how you write that...
>>41032781
You can immediately factor the (1/2log_10(10^14)) out to get >>41032535 which is a bit more elegant.
7sqrt2 is correct.
Type sqrt(sqrt(4)((1/2)log(10^14))^2) into wolfram alpha.
Because we want an excuse to eat like fatasses in the name of "fitness"
>>41032481
because you need a hypercaloric environment to build muscle effectively past beginner-early intermediate
gl maintaining that environment with a 200 calorie surplus that gets wiped out because you took the stairs that day
losing fat is fucking easy anyway, building muscle is hard, so why not just eat the 500 surplus and give yourself every chance to build muscle during your bulking phase? 500 is a good number, not too aggressive, but will almost always be a constant surplus even with fluctuations in activity
>>41033687
Or if you have half a brain you could've figured it out easily yourself but apparently most /fit/izens haven't passed 9th grade math
I get sqrt(98), and thats the same as 7sqrt(2)
