Autist here how do I escape hazing at the gym? Do you haze?

As long as you don't do anything to stand out, nobody will notice you.

So watch instructional videos on proper form for your exercises in advance. Don't do stupid lifts. Don't load on too much weight to 'keep up' with everyone else if it means you're going to get hurt. Pay close attention to other peoples' gym etiquette.

the only hazing i had to go through was the bro smoothie, where a bunch of guys jizz in a shaker cup and you have to drink it. just pretend it's delicious and then you are accepted.
