Actually there's no better time to pick up vaping to replace smoking. The juice is better, the mods are cheaper and have longer lasting batteries (some you can charge via usb, mine's like that), and they're a lot easier to work with. You can basically change out tanks and batteries whenever you want.

Sorry for the ramble I'm high. But I think you should consider it, for your health.

I go A,B,C rest then ABC again so i can do my compoind twice a week.

Abs and cardio are thrown at the end of the workout every other day ... feel free to improve it i need a solid routine because i noticed im going less due to not having a solid routine in mind.
