I modified SS so that day A is chest, arms and shoulders day and day B is legs and back day. I read that too much squatting is bad for your knees and that SS needs some more isolation work.
Thinking of publishing it online if it works good enough for me, I've only been doing it 3 weeks and I'm making great gains.
been doing ss for ~3 months 5'9" 145lbs
dl: 200/squat: 185/bench: 100/ohp: 75
do these numbers make sense or am i doing something horribly wrong

Been on Stronglifts for about three weeks now. Current progress:
Squat: 155 lbs
Bench: 125 lbs (almost to 1pl8!)
Deadlift: 185
OHP: 75 lbs (thinking I should scale back a bit, form got shitty and i felt spooky ass tingles in my arm)
Barbell Row: 125 lbs
For powerlifting/bench specialization consider benching days 1,3 and pressing day 2. I Was able to add 3 pounds per week to ohp only training it once a week and made the same bench progress as 3x week 3x5 benching
