Post injuries you've gotten working out
I was a dumbass today and set the safety bars too low on the squat rack, failed my last set, fell over, and hit my head on the bar

Did anyone see that?
Ibe bulged a disc in my lower back doctor said I can't ever lift again and to quit. I replaced it with bodyweight I'm still super skinny. Also in constant pain. I try to do side planks every hour.
I'm sure I'll heal one day if not Oh well

Everyone did, it was so awkward. Wanted to die

Recently sprained my left wrist doing incline dumbbell bench. Second time I've hurt myself on this fucking lift.
>be me
>setting up for incline DB bench
>bump left wrist against seat
>dumbbell shifts around
>hear left wrist pop
>still attempt to do set crippled
For this week I'm taking time off lifting to let my wrist heal. Just gonna swim laps instead. Gotta make the gains somehow.

>Broke my toe and hurt my shoulder after dumping my bike commuting home from work
>few months later broke my middle finger playing beer league softball
Was pretty rough tbqhf. I was sidelined from lifting for a few months.

Learn to dump the bar then you idiot. Dont hold onto the bar while failing, just drop it behind you onto the safeties. Is this why people at the gym quarter squat? Because they are afraid of failing and dont know how to fail safely?

That was the thing tho. I missed the safety as I fell. I eyeballed the heights when I was getting ready and didn't realize how low it was
