also, depends how you divide it. take in count your body can handle about 30 grams an hour.

you don't really need that much protein, you do need carbs so the body will use them instead of protein. Protein is good but make sure to include a good amount of carbs.
You can get your daily protein intake from food, and not protein powder and such. you should aim for a .8 grams/lb and not 1 or 2g/lb

What I meant is that you want your body to use protein to recover your muscles and use carbs for your daily calorie use so the retard of your body doesn't decide to take those sweet gains, specially if you're beginning
