I want to be able to run a 13 minute 2-mile for the APFT. But I've also recently gotten into weightlifting. What the best routine for me to achieve a good time while not affecting my gains too bad.
Example would be like a full body routine on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with cardio on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Or just a PPL split with cardio afterwards. Or some other type of split. Thanks!

I'm a semi beginner. Been 3 months and I'm already at 1/2/3/4, which is impressive to me considering my lanky arms. But I think I've maxed out on the newb gains. This program looks well thought out but would I just do cardio every day after workout or what?

5x5 Implies youre going at ~85%, 5x5 squat and deadlift on the same day twice a week is going to burn you out.
and what, you squat less than you bench and deadlift 10 pounds more... Do you walk on your hands?

Generic shitty unfocused gym-goer routine for my first year of training, then training primarily for powerlifting for 2 years til the end of last year. Doing this for the past few months and my upper body has blown up.
Had to move some things around.
Noob here
Is trappychan reliable? Is this routine good for aesthetics? I will be doing it thrice a week (remove 1 leg day)
