In this thread we discuss injuries and how to heal from them.
For example, here's my injury and I want you to solve it for me because I am stupid:
Pretty bad pain in pic related area on left leg while squatting to depth. Have a dull pain now that isn't bad. I have oly shoes and am fairly flexible I think. (Suggested stretches are still appreciated). I saw on another forum that I should try to sit back more in the squat. Anybody else have similar experience or know how to help this? My squat is suffering pretty bad because of this, got a plate to depth for 5 reps the other day without too much pain in the calf but 40lbs on each side was a struggle today.

(you)
I got that one after trying to squat with my toes too far in.
Now I just squat just shy of PLG meme duck footed and it hasn't come back.

So turn my toes out more? I'll try that.
i got some fucking annoying pain in my right shoulder from doing pushups, it radiates to my shoulder blades and biceps sometimes, and generally i only feel it doing pushing motions. i havent tried benching or pressing since before i noticed it though. tomorrow is pull day so hopefully i can do pulldowns with it.
better be a fucking impingement and not a tear...
fuck shoulder injuries man

Are you doing enough pull work for your upper back/rear delts. Rear delt flys and face pulls help with a lot of problems caused by benching.

probably not, i am gonna start doing 5x15-20 face pulls on pull day, i just started bulking so i hope i can work out without a problem, i dont wanna get fat
I ODed on alcohol and xanax and I got really tense and bruised shoulders and my ROM seems a bit low. What do

I had this shit surgically removed from my right wrist 3 times in 7 years. As a result the range of motion is so limited that I can't even do simple push ups without risk of tearing me a new one. I want to buy a wrist support but all I can find in the local stores is similar to this http://www.ebay.com/itm/WEIGHT-LIFTING-TRAINING-WRIST-SUPPORT-COTTON-WRAPS-GYM-BANDAGE-STRAPS-BLUE-18-034-/140902551940
Does it do its job or should I look for something like this online http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nlife-Adjustable-HAND-BRACE-WRIST-WRAP-HAND-SUPPORT-Carpal-Tunnel-Splint-Best/162267651146
Was doing deadlift more than a year ago, back rounded and felt a crack, and to this day I cant completelt bend down cause it feels stiff/painful. Got xrayed and no fractures or anything so what do?
