Every time I OHP consistently I end up with bad shoulder pain. I've modified my form so many times and I'm not lifting even close to heavy.
Is OHP just not for everyone?

sound like you got a bad case of 'the gay' OP
the only cure is to man up and lift shit

kill yourself

huh, funny. It's the other way around for me: as long as I do OHP consistently, I have no shoulder pains.
What other shoulder-related lifts you do, OP? Any sports?

Where in your shoulder is the pain? Is the pain during the movement? Immediately after? Or like DOMS pain?
Also how much are you OHPing?
>>41014851
You have shoulder impingement.
>>41014851
is it impingement? Read this and decide for yourself

OHP movement is really bad for causing impingement syndrome. make sure you take that stick that nobody know what the fuck it does and use it to stretch out your shoulders before you OHP or even bench.
Secondly try these exercises from the whitest americans ever >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpqMU88DfyE
Thirdly if it keeps getting worse, it could potentially cause a rotator cuff tear, putting you out for a couple months most likely, and potentially causing a lifetime issue. Consider different shoulder exercises, and especially ones to strengthen the rotator cuff

Stretch. Used to be a little bitch as well. Now I OHP 155x5 at 164 lbs.

Try some accessory shoulder work.
