How many pushups a day do I have to do to get semi jacked? I

How many pushups a day do I have to do to get semi jacked? I don't want to pay a gym membership or get too bulky and look like a meat head haha

You probably cant do over 30 of them. I do 200 pushups a day, and have been for 10 years. I can do around 90 in a row with proper form. I bet you get gassed after walking up 3 flights of stairs , fatty. If you do them with proper form, you won't get shoulder problems, unless you have shit tier genetics. I also do planks, pull ups, dips, and bodyweight squats, as well of some strength-based calisthenics. I've haven't picked up a weight in over 5 years. I have God tier muscular endurance, and my body is insanely toned, I get mires whenever I go out. Weights are meme.

Pushups alone won't give your whole body definition. Pressups only work pecs, shoulderblades, delts and arms, depending on your forms, wide arm works shoulders and chest more, close arm works upper arms more.

But you also need to do exercises for other parts of the body as well, eg situps and plansk for core strength. Building core helps reduce chance of having a bad back due to the front being able to take its equal share of weight.

I'd also recommend investing in a pair of dumbbells however, those help a pretty large amount too.

Pullups are also fun to do. However I recommend overhand pullups rather than under to work more muscles at once. Underhand tends to focus too much on biceps.
