i've been cutting for like 12 weeks or so, I trained for about 1.5 years just bulking, went from 54kg to 70kg, sitting at around 65kg right now.

maybe 2-3 years, depends how dedicated you are
I train 6 days a week, typically 2 hour session (including 20 minutes of cardio @ 130 BPM)

Lol, thanks bud, glad you like it, I dont think it's bad, of course some guys tend to look at big legs as something bad, but to be honest big legs are beautiful and aside from a thicc back, forearms and neck the best signs of strength.
I never did SS anyway, never followed any program to be perfectly honest, I usually just do the big 3(OHP instead of bench) every day and some other accessories.

lifts are shit and I'm starting my cut at the start of winter so i've set myself up for failure

Deadlift - 100kg
Squat - 100kg
Bench - 60kg
OHP - 25kg

6-ish months at the gym. I'm up from 82-85kg before I was at the gym though so I'm happier with my weight gain and how much I've grown than I am with my actual strength gains despite being NEET, but I'm pretty sure im gonna be auschwitz mode at the end of the cut and I'll look foul but we'll see how we go

I've been lifting for 4 years and I have never seen my abs so I personally think it's about damn time. This year Im going till the end even though my cut will be 4 month long (2 down 2 to go) im not gonna back out this year and start bulking again.

I will cut down to 10% and roughly maintain through summer and see how its like. then really fucking slow lean bulk till 15-16% bodyfat and rinse and repeat. never gonna lose control again and go to 20% fatfuck off-season mode. Cant call myself athletic when I have a gut
