Is pic related a good routine?
It's Justin Lascek S&C program + some vanity work (in italics). My goal is to get to intermediate lv.
Post your routines.

what the fuck is """conditioning"""

That's what Lascek call crossfit metcons. I think I'll do some HIIT.
Power cleans are difficult for me to land in the front squat position, even with just bar. Should i work on deadlify or frontsquat for now or just practice the clean movement with bar.
can I do seated rows instead of barbell rows?
>>41006951
that's not a power clean, that's clean if you are landing in FS position
power clean is when you catch it in quarter FS so basically you bend your knees as much as you do when you do push press

I would personally add 1 extra exercise to hit the upper back more

dips the day before bench?
Can't do deadlifts

just do a proven routine and remove the deadlifts, this looks like a clusterfuck of meme exercise selection and random set x rep schemes
Have been doing pic related for some time now and I like it so far.
In a couple of weeks I'm gonna start cutting. 531 BBB seems like too much volume on a cut.
How should I program the main lifts in order to keep as much strength as possible?
Should I replace the 5*10 with some less volume heavy work and do 3*5 on the main lifts? Or can I keep trying to follow 531 progression?

Thanks for the input guys. I did some modifications. Pic related.
Btw, the vanity work (in italics) is done with high volume/clean reps in mind, not intensity, never to failure, but supersetted.

I'm doing chin-ups at home on the weekend days.
