i try never to judge a fat person who's in the gym and actually doing something, even if they have bad etiquette. but how she decided pullovers were the best exercise for her is beyond me. get rid of the 200lbs of fat first.

Hes the extreme example of calories in calories out, he just eats and eats, but only moves his arms, nothing else, just laying in bed 24/7, no wonder he can gain 100 pound so easily.
At the beginning of the episode I kinda felt bad for him, but the longer i got trough the episode, the more i started to loathe him and his girlfriend. The bitch says she knows that she is responsible for his condition, but needs to feel needed. James is just a manbaby that wants to be fat, and thinks a fatloss surgery is some magic remedy that will make him human again.

There's a lot of fat hate and although I really can relate I would like to see some people who went from fat to fit like a comparison. That would drive me harder than being called a fat fuck, but only because I'm so numb to it at this point.

Diet is going good though, gonna start jogging real soon and taking the keto a lot more seriously.

13 pounds is probably nothing to some of you but it's a big step for me.
