Im no Oly Lifter but I usually OHP, Bench, Squat and Deadlift everyday with some accesoires in between the warm up sets and between every switch. I using this plan about 3 months.
The volume on the big 4 are 1/2/3/4 plate.


Squatting everyday is fine. I consider my legs decent for not roiding and lifting for 3 years so dont listen to the haters.

Go low volume high intensity like 90%+ doubles. Make sure its high bar, your low back will not survive daily low bar. Lastly just don't do it, your not on a shitload of drugs, this is not your livelihood and its not an optimal way to make gains.

heres a comfy video from someone who actually did it with a Russian coach and does not recommend it. Russians also auto-regulated by lying to their coach and loading half the bar with more weight which is fucking insane.
