Can't seem to lose the last bit of weight

I've been lifting for a while to lose weight, but I didn't start properly cutting and counting calories until January. I've been doing it since then because I'm sick of the spare tyre on my gut that's fucking up my aesthetics regardless of gains.

Stats:
>Male
>Age 25
>Height 178cm (~5'10)
>Weight 74kg (163 lbs)
Figure my goal weight, based on stats/lifts is around 68/69kg.

Lifts:
>Bench 105kg (~230 lbs)
>Diddlys 160kg (~350 lbs)
>Squat 110kg (~240 lbs)
Squats are especially pathetic, I know. Knees got fucked from being a fat bastard.
I lift 6 days/week for 45-60 minutes. No cardio, because I fucking hate cycling/rowing, and my knees can't take the running.

The first few weeks of my cut started out fine. I lost a good 0.5kg/week (1lb/week), eating 2150 calories/day, until I hit 73kg. I stalled for a couple of weeks, and lowered that number to 1750 kcal/day about a month ago. At this point I also started on creatine, knowing I'd probably regain some weight due to water retention - which is, hopefully, why I'm back at 74kg now. But since then my weight won't drop despite staying at 1750 kcal/day, and I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm counting every single calorie I eat, and I tend to overshoot the calories in my meals just to stay on the safe side. I bought a brand new kitchen scale in case the old one was playing games on me. I meet my macros, eating 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight.

What am I doing wrong? Am I still stalling because of water retention from creatine? Do I need to eat even less? I've used about 5 different TDEE calculators, and they all give completely different results, ranging my TDEE between 2000-3200. Even at the low end of that, I should be continuously losing weight at 1750 kcal. Can I even get that flat stomach without doing cardio? Help a nigga out.

I'll take this under advisement, but I barely consume any as is. 85+% dark chocolate once in a while if I have any calories to spare that day, but I mostly snack on veggies/fruits/nuts.

Eat 1500. When you track your weight, make sure you do this in the morning evening and afternoon and / 3 so you have a more accurate number. Do this again a week later, if you havent lost weight you are counting your cals wrong
